Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy for working with Christine Lang.

Please Note: We are not responsible if you type your email address incorrectly,  resulting in you not receiving our registration emails with the Zoom links for you to join the private session, live class, or group event.

Live Classes

You may cancel your spot in the class up to 48 hours in advance. Please send us an email requesting a cancellation and refund. 

If for some reason you don't receive a link to the class or you miss seeing it in your inbox, please let us know so that we can send you the replay asap.

Recorded Group Sessions: Your Energy Matters

Your satisfaction with our classes is important to us, however, we don't offer refunds for recorded classes. We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase.

 

Private Sessions

You may cancel your session up to 48 hours in advance. You’ll need to send us an email requesting cancellation and a refund. Depending on your payment method, allow your bank a period of 7 to 10 business days to see the money back in your account. 

Rescheduling: Christine's schedule is usually at full capacity, so she does not guarantee the ability to reschedule your session within the same month; we will make every effort to get you rescheduled as soon as possible. 

Late Arrival & No-Show to Your Session: If you’re late for your appointment, you will likely lose that part of your session as Christine’s schedule generally cannot accommodate an extended session time. You’ll still be charged in full if you don't show up (and have not sent us a notice of cancellation). In turn, I promise to honor our appointments and be on time.
